I Just Placed an Order — When Will It Ship?

Please allow 2–3 business days for processing and production before your order ships.

How Long Is the Shipping Time?

  • Average delivery time: 5–10 business days

Please note that shipping times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, holidays, or weather conditions. While most packages arrive on time, occasional delays may occur. For this reason, we do not guarantee exact delivery dates. Any delivery delays are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Can I Cancel My Order?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it at no penalty.
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

To request a cancellation, please email us with the subject line “CANCEL”.

I Entered an Incorrect Shipping Address

If you entered an incorrect or auto-filled address by mistake, please reply to your order confirmation email with the correct information as soon as possible.

Address changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

My Item Arrived Damaged

All items are shipped with extra protective packaging. However, in rare cases (approximately 1 in 1,000 orders), damage may occur during transit.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item

Once verified, we will send a free replacement at no additional cost.

Return & Refund Policy

We only accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once approved, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
Refunds are not issued for orders that are already in transit.

Customs & Duties

Any customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
